LIORA — Exchange, Return & Store Credit Policy

At LIORA, every piece is thoughtfully designed with attention to quality, fit, and craftsmanship. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure a seamless experience for all customers, we kindly request that you review our exchange and return policy before placing an order.


🚫 No Refund Policy

LIORA does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

All approved returns are processed exclusively in the form of Store Credit, which may be used toward future purchases on our website.

Store credit allows us to offer a faster and more seamless resolution experience while maintaining fair and sustainable operational practices.


Sale & Promotional Purchases

Products purchased during sale periods or promotional events are not eligible for return.

For discounted purchases:

  • Only size exchanges are permitted
  • Exchanges remain subject to stock availability
  • A ₹199 exchange handling fee applies to sale orders

Discount codes and store credit may be used during eligible promotional periods unless otherwise stated.


Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Products showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, washing, or alteration will not qualify for exchange unless received in that condition.


Eligible Exchange Reasons

Exchanges may be requested in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Categories

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Accessories
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Certain hygiene-sensitive categories

Exchange Charges

A ₹250 exchange handling fee applies per order.

If multiple exchange requests are made for the same order, additional handling charges may apply.


Exchange Process

  1. Submit your exchange request through our exchange portal or support email
  2. Upload clear images and unboxing videos of the product and tags
  3. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product
  5. Upon successful quality verification, the exchange will be processed

Processing Timeline

Exchange requests are generally processed within:

  • 10–12 working days under standard conditions
  • Longer during sales, launches, or high-volume periods

Updates will be shared on your registered email address.


Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose between:

  • Store credit
  • An alternate available product

Return Policy

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

All return requests undergo quality verification before approval.


Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Accessories
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Final sale or non-returnable promotional items

Return Charges

A ₹250 handling fee applies per order.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.


Store Credit Terms

Approved returns are issued solely as store credit.

Store credit:

  • Is valid for future purchases on LIORA
  • Cannot be transferred or converted into cash
  • May not qualify for further returns in certain cases

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable locations.

If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful:

  • Customers may self-ship the product to our warehouse
  • Courier reimbursement up to ₹100 will be provided against valid proof

Partial Returns

Partial returns are permitted for multi-item orders.

Handling charges apply once per order.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are required to share:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the packaging

Once verified, LIORA will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not always be eligible for cancellation due to immediate processing timelines.

However, LIORA reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Technical, pricing, or inventory errors
  • Delivery limitations

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
