1. General Terms

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.
  • In such cases:
    • Available items will be shipped first
    • Remaining items will be shipped once restocked

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 handling fee

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays
  • We always aim to minimize delays, even during peak periods

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and serviceability

4. Change of Delivery Address

  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed
  • Please double-check your details before placing the order

5. Out of Stock Items

  • If part of your order is out of stock:
    • Available items will be shipped immediately
    • Remaining items will be shipped once restocked

6. Delays in Dispatch or Delivery

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us at:

  • Our team will investigate and assist you with a resolution

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email
  • You can also track your order from your account (if applicable)
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after dispatch

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please:
    • Refuse delivery (if possible)
    • Contact us immediately with photos
  • If your order is marked delivered but not received:
    • Contact us within 24 hours
  • If your order is lost in transit:
    • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed

Additionally, LIORA reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect billing or shipping details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery or logistical constraints
  • Website or pricing errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method


10. Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
    • Notify us within 24 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly
