Liora Size Exchange Policy
At Liora, we aim to ensure you find the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 7-day Size Exchange Policy on all eligible products purchased through our website. You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You’re welcome to try on the product to check the fit — just make sure it remains in new condition.
Exchange Fee
A nominal ₹99 exchange fee applies to all size exchanges. This fee will be added to your replacement order invoice and helps us cover logistics and processing.
Note: The fee is charged only once per order, even if your products were shipped in multiple deliveries.
Terms & Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Boxed items must be returned with the original box undamaged.

The exchange option will appear in your Liora account within 24 hours of delivery.

You may exchange only the product(s) selected during the exchange request. Any mismatch may result in pickup cancellation.

For sets or combos, size exchanges apply only to the entire set. Individual items cannot be exchanged separately.

Exchange is subject to stock availability in the requested size.

During the exchange request, you must upload clear images of the product with visible tags. Invalid images will result in rejection.

Reverse pickup will be attempted within 2–3 working days, depending on service availability in your area.

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product to us. In such cases, courier charges up to ₹250 will be reimbursed.
Second Exchange Request
We do not offer a second exchange by default. However, in rare cases where one is needed, a ₹250 fee will be charged for the second exchange.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong item, please raise a support ticket within 24 hours of delivery from your Liora account. After inspection, we’ll ensure a free replacement of the correct item.
Pickup Attempts & Failures
Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times. If the pickup fails, it will be marked as canceled. You may raise a fresh request via ticket on your Liora account, and we will reinitiate the pickup.
Returns & Refunds
Currently, Liora does not offer returns or refunds. We only support size exchanges for eligible products. For any other concerns, kindly raise a support ticket from your Liora account, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
